LifeExpectancy function

The LifeExpectancy function, from the actuarial notation \(\mathring e_x\), calculates the remaining years of life expectancy at Age equals \(x\), where:
\[\mathring e_x\approx{\sum_ {t=0}^{\infty}\;t\;_{t}p_x\;q_{x+t}}\; + \frac{1}{2}\]
